Dr Sadeeka Williams, known to her little patients as “Dr Dee”, was born and raised in Cape Town and did both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at UCT.

She has worked at Tygerberg and Red Cross hospitals, and did her first year of specialist training at George Hospital. Although a general paediatrician, with knowledge and experience in consulting newborns to adolescents, Dr Williams has a special interest in growth and neurodevelopment, especially in the first 1000 days. She is trained to do Griffiths (neurodevelopmental) assessments.
